It provides valuable recommendations for adapting existing digital literacy training or designing new programs that meet the unique needs of digitally vulnerable learners, including seniors, micro-entrepreneurs, and very small business owners.

COMPARATIVE FRAMEWORK REPORT

This Comparative Report for the DIGITAL-IN project,  concentrates on enhancing digital literacy across Europe, with a specific focus on digitally vulnerable groups (DVGs) such as seniors and small business owners in partner countries including Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain. This report integrates findings from national studies to address digital gaps and promote inclusivity through strategic education and digital empowerment.

NATIONAL NEEDS ANALYSIS REPORTS

The DIGITAL-IN project is dedicated to improving digital literacy among seniors and small business owners in Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus and Lithuania, tackling the pressing issue of the digital divide.

These five reports compile insights gathered from extensive research, indepth interviews, and comprehensive surveys, pinpointing significant gaps in digital skills among these groups. They propose a strategic framework that emphasizes the development of customized literacy programs and active collaboration with key stakeholders. This approach is designed to enhance digital inclusivity and accessibility. By concentrating on these vulnerable sectors, DIGITAL-IN endeavors to provide them with the essential tools and knowledge required to succeed in the digital domain, ultimately contributing to the cultivation of a more digitally proficient society.
